Into the womb,

Safe, cocooned,

The burden of expectation,

Not my cross to bear,

Expectations - release,

Authenticity - reveal.

Today - 1

Trapped in a maelstrom

Of emotions - loud, unclear,

Stranded by doubt, by pain, by fear,

Oblivious to the freedom within - near.
